refund policy

to be eligible for a return, a request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

returns are only accepted for items fulfilled by our suppliers — handmade pieces, accesories, and bags are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

items must be unused, unworn, tags attached (if it came with it), in original condition, and free of any odors, stains, or damage. items must also be returned with original packaging if applicable.

customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. if a return is sent without approval or does not meet our requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

do not send back any items without prior approval.

once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. original shipping costs are non-refundable.

we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments — we recommend using a tracked shipping method ♡
